Packages and pricing
How much does wedding photography cost?
Our photography programs start at $1,195. There are three: Gold (up to 8 hours), Platinum (up to 10 hours, with a 20 page 10 x 10 album) and Exquisite (up to 12 hours, with a 30 page 12 x 12 album and two parent albums). See wedding pricing for everything each one includes.
Will you match another studio’s price?
Yes. The Wedding Quarters will meet or beat any reasonable competitive price. Call us with the quote you have.
Can we book photography and video together?
Yes. The Fine Arts Combo covers both with one team: up to 12 hours of photography with a 12 x 12 custom album and unlimited images, plus video of the bride getting ready, the ceremony, formals, park pictures and the full reception, fully edited, with four video copies.
What are the “additions” in each package?
Additions are prints you choose for your package: an 11 x 14 canvas wrap, a 16 x 20 wall portrait, or one of two print groups (five 8 x 10s, five 5 x 7s and 50 wallets, or eight 5 x 7s, thirty 4 x 6s and 100 wallets). Gold includes one addition; Platinum, Exquisite and the Fine Arts Combo include two.
Can we add a second photographer or an engagement session?
Yes, to any package: a second photographer is $450, a one hour engagement session is $295, and rehearsal photography or rehearsal videography is $495 each.
Your photos
Do we get all of our images?
Every program delivers your images on a USB drive. The Exquisite program and the Fine Arts Combo also include all files with print rights, and the Fine Arts Combo has no limit on the number of images taken.
Can family and friends see the photos online?
Platinum, Exquisite and the Fine Arts Combo include password protected online viewing. After your wedding you can view and order prints through Your Photos Online.
What do your albums look like?
Every album is custom designed around your own photographs, with Platinum at 20 pages in 10 x 10 and Exquisite at 30 pages in 12 x 12 with two 6 x 6 parent albums. You can turn through three real sample albums spread by spread.
Your wedding film
How much is wedding videography?
The full length film is $1,495 for up to ten hours of coverage. You can also book parts of the day à la carte: getting ready ($395), the entire ceremony ($395), or four hours of reception ($795, plus $100 for each additional hour). See video pricing.
How long is the finished film?
A full length film runs from over an hour up to three hours. It follows your day scene by scene, with chapter points so you can jump to the ceremony, the first dance or any other moment. You can watch sample trailers from some of our films.
Will we be able to hear the vows?
Yes. We fit the groom with a wireless lapel microphone before the ceremony, so every word of the vows is recorded, and we film with two cameras when there is space.
How is the video delivered?
Every film is fully edited and delivered on DVD, Blu-ray or USB flash drive.
Events and other services
Do you photograph events other than weddings?
Yes. We photograph and film engagements, rehearsals, anniversary parties, retirements, graduations, proms, communions, christenings, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, and corporate events and meetings. See events we cover.
Can you convert old VHS tapes, cassettes or records?
Yes. We convert VHS recordings to digital files, transfer audio cassettes and vinyl records to CD or USB, copy photos and slides to DVD, Blu-ray or USB, make slide shows with music, and retouch photos. See duplication services.

How do we check if our date is available?
Call the studio at (716) 631-2525 or send us a message with your date and venue, and we will let you know and help you choose a package.
Where are you located?
Our studio is at 5500 Main St, Ste 218, Williamsville, NY 14221. We have been photographing and filming weddings in Western New York since 1982.
